Generally very enjoyable, except that my girlfriend's vegetarian food wasn't loaded onto the plane (there's a separate thread about this). The best thing about the whole thing was how quiet and calm the First cabin was. Cabin crew were good, I enjoyed my food, wine and champagne seemed to come in bottomless glasses, CCR was terrific start to the day, AVOD worked as it should (but that small screen is very poor), flight landed on time, no queues at immigration and our baggage arrived promptly. A lovely way to fly longhaul, but for those who are "miles poor" I'm undecided whether it is a big enough step up from Club to warrant the extra miles you need to spend. Hopefully our flight back from LAX will help me make up my mind
