You can't really go wrong with any of these three airlines. Nonetheless, I recommend NH. If you can't get NH, then try SQ, then OZ.

While SQ has good reputation overall, NH offers more personal service and better food. Japanese customer service can't be beaten. SQ is also very nice, although I have heard from some frequent flyers that SQ FA sometime lack that personal touch.
