Yes, contact You First again so they can investigate and do everything they can to make sure it doesn't happen again on the return.

Politely point out that you would like some miles as a gesture of goodwill. How many you will receive will probably depend on your EC status, what you paid for the ticket etc. as I don't believe there are set recovery amounts for this sort of situation like there is for an AVOD failure, but I stand to be corrected.
