You mean BA are refurbishing T4? That's very generous of them... that was a BA announcement and the relevant phase is "improvements WE are making to T4" !!!! And even if BA were, what earthly relevance have those refurbishments to BA passengers after they have all tottered off to T3? Sorry, don't buy that one
