And this is an improvement ??? How??? Perhaps we are also meant to see the closure of the CCR from 17th Sep as "an improvement"? With PR writers like this, Willie once again snatches defeat from the jaws of victory....
By improvement, they're refering to the refurbishment of Terminal 4 which is due to be finished in 2009.
