Just received my Platinum membership info as well as an ANA account and the first querey I made came up a bullseye.

2 seats on LH480 (DEN-MUC) on Oct 17: FS- CS- FY+

Then I called United 1K desk (as I wanted to adjust the seats I already booked) and they did not see any new seats.

Hmmm. Did I do something wrong?

I guess the KVS tool show seats available on flight via M&M (not MP)... any way to search for United awards on LH flight?
