A good way to obtain taxes and fees is to use the ITA Software Website.

Search under the one-way tab using the 3-digit airport codes followed by " :: BA+" which ensures only BA fares are searched for.

Note the space between the last letter of the airport code and the colon is required.

Changing the purchasing city will determine which currency the results are shown in, i.e. BOS will show results is US$, LON will show GBP etc...

Hit search and click on the top result, this will show flight details. On the top right hand corner there is a link that says "Show Booking Details" click on that and it will bring up the fare detail including a hyperlink to the rules as well as a breakdown of taxes and surcharges, albeit in local currency.
