Ritz Carlton molasses reef would be a great option – any update on when its will be open / available for reservations?
EDIT: I called RC res and they only say sometime in 2009 -- looks like a great property from the few pics and location.

Have not really thought about budget, but thinking $700 – 1000 / nt (70,000 – 100,000 points/nt).



I did do some research on flights and hotels in Bora Bora. CO has limited reward seats (no business class that they saw) on AF to PPT. I called AF to find availability and they only had economy seats available.

I could also use Hawaiian Air – good availability and 120k r/t.

Hotel wise – the IC had limited availability and only beach front rooms.

The Nui had availability for over the water rooms for 75k a night.


I will look at T & C as well, although it might be too close – I would rather make the longer flight now that we are younger without kids.
