SBB guy was very confused, did not know what to do with the ticket, was not able to read it with his computer

Heres the procedure I was required to pass to receive my miles and the corresponding M&M-answer:
1.) Faxed boarding pass to M&M Switzerland. (M&M CH forwarded them to M&M Germany which denied my request ("These flight numbers are not eligible"))
2.) Called SEN line in CH which told me to send another set of boarding pass copies to LX at BSL airport. 4 weeks of silence followed.
3.) Called CH-SEN line again on Monday, agent was very confused due to a very long entry in my M&M account regarding these Flugzug segments. However, entry was marked as "blocked" but agent succeeded to release entry after clearance from supervisor.
4.) Miles appeared today.....
