Programs: Now just a lowly DL PM/1MM. This industry needs some competition. It's just not enjoyable anymore.

Agreed. From the website issues to the DirectTV/IFE troubles, DL really shouldn't offer another "product" that won't work half the time. I can see the FAs having to "reboot" the router 5 times during a flight to try to make it work...
