Not always though. I have been told by BA that if the load on a long haul flight is particularly low and there are insufficient premium pax in CW and F (I forget what the minimum number is) then they do not offer fast track boarding and so it is one queue for all. It's happened to me on a couple of occasions when flying in F to BOM from T4 recently.
