BA have clearly made improvements in this area, and that is to be applauded. However as people have mentioned there are other areas that need to be worked on, such as a better ground / boarding / disembarking experience for premium pax. But they do deserve some credit for turning things around (no pun intended).
All flights should board out of T5 by seat row and that allows premium pax to board at their leisure with a limited queue on short haul and via fast track on long haul. If a flight is not boarding by seat row and is a total bun fight at the gate feel free to tell the senior agent at the gate what you think about it.
