That is quite inexcusable.
PUCCI hits the nail on the head again! It never ceases to amaze me when the pilot says things like "please remain seated as we haven't yet reached our stand because we are just waiting for the guidance systems to be switched on." It's not like they didn't know we were coming, so how hard can it be. Likewise, with the "we are just waiting for the steps and some buses" - surely if they know a remote stand is going to be used they can organize this in advance?
To be fair to BA, the last couple of times I have been on a coaching stand at T5, the steps and busses have been ready and waiting, which makes it more annoying when it doesn't happen. No separate bus for Club pax though
