Stayed at this property on Friday for one night - the front desk agent barely spoke coherent English. Suite upgrade was denied, but given a basic Club Floor room. Or at least that's what I thought I heard him say.

AC had two modes - on or off. Turning up the temperature didn't turn off the unit - but turned on the heat, which happened to be blasting when I entered the room. Keep in mind the Ontario CA area is seeing daytime temps in the mid-high 90s. Ended up turning the AC way down to 'freeze' the room, then turned the unit off so I could sleep.

Room interior was OK, but the bathroom needed a redo - and apparently at least one of the maids believes that if you don't use up the entire bottle of conditioner, it should be left there for the next guest to finish

Slept in, so I didn't make it to the Club Lounge. Overall impression - run of the mill, tired and basic Sheraton. Complete contrast to my next night's resting place - the always top-notch Sheraton Cerritos, who did not disappoint.
