I have an unlocked quad-band GSM phone. So, every time I spend more than a few days in a country, I always try to purchase a local sim card.

Last time, I did this in egypt and for just a couple of dollars I got myself a prepaid sim card that offered me extremely cheap local rates and good international rates.

I am going to Tunisia at the end of the month for about a week. I was wondering if non-resident foreigners can purchase sim cards over there. I know there are two providers. Which one do you reccomend for international rates?
