Home Hotel would be my choice if/when I go back. We stayed in Palermo Soho, but everything is close in the Palermo area. We took a tour of the hotel. Every one we saw was tall, slim, and beautiful, unlike us, but everyone was very warm and welcoming. The hotel is very much a "boutique" property. Read about it on Trip Advisor. Palermo is wonderful for strolling and people watching. The Home Hotel is not for from the Botanical Garden and Zoo. There are fantastic restaurants all over Palermo. When you need a rest, just stop for a drink or coffee. The manager was so nice, she invited us back later for a complimentary drink and tapas. There is a subway line fairly close and cabs are cheap. Like Paris, Buenos Aires is a walking city. Just watch out for dog poop--like Paris, it's everywhere.
