Does your amex statement say: "Congratulations -- You've earned an additional Miles Boost of $15,000 MQMs"? If it does, you have a problem. Did both boost post in the same month? Mine did, I still do not have the 2nd
15k mqms. On my Delta statement the 2nd 15k bonus miles posted as a different name, OPSUPRBU2 S08, but this was the boost miles with no mqms.
I figure this is where the problem is. It could also be earning both boost in the same month.
Now I am wondering if there is a problem with all
additional Miles Boost. Has anyone else earned the 2nd Boost on the Reserve card?
Amex said delta will fix the problem, but it has been way over a month. The programmers are probably spending all their time changing over to the new 3 tier Sky Gouge system.

I'm right with ya, except that I hit the thresholds over two billing cycles, not one. My initial MQM bonus posted okay, my first boost and set of MQMs posted okay (at the close of my first billing cycle), but my second set of MQMs hasn't shown up, even though the cycle closed again. I see the same OPSUPRBU2 S08 you do, but they are non-MQM and I cannot designate them to an account as I did with the first batch. Do you think this is a glitch in their system that needs attention or just purposeful delay? In either case, please let me know when your situation is resolved - I will do the same.
