Let me ask you this: Is it possible that you could have pulled the closest offending party to the side and asked them to cease with the activity? Yes, I know...It's not your job, and you don't get paid to do all that...however, since the safety of ALL ABOARD and not just yourself could have been in jeopardy, that changes things, correct?
