You also can upgrade with miles from B or M. Try clicking on the "Coach (Discounted)" not "Coach (Flexible)" option. That should show you B or M fares, unless you have picked a day that is basically sold out, in which case you will only get full Y at that very high price.
M RT ATL-ICN usually prices around $2600 for me. NRT often is much cheaper (but of course, not much use to you).
