I'm not a US flyer, but am still saddened to see a company make such a foolish move that sends such a negative message to its best customers. Duh. I'm very much hoping the other airlines note the disgruntlement and continue to be too smart to follow in line. Bad, bad, bad to see a FFP gutted this way.
