Though the F seat in the 320 is slightly wider, the 763 C+ seat more than compensates with 55" pitch, more recline, a legrest and a personal TV.

A domestic F ticket in a 2 class plane, and a C ticket in a 3 class plane cost the same amount of miles, so your downgrade is not saving you anything, unfortunately.
