Now if the government took that info and decided to give it out to other companies, and the other companies used that info, (which I don't consider below this administration given its contempt for the law) THAT would be.
If there is an actual patent in place (ie issued) the government and the public already have the information. It is in the patent application and the published patent issued by the PTO.
