Officially, only coach passengers needing to take medication or undergoing medical distress (airsick, low blood sugar, etc) are to be given a free cup of water or other non-alcoholic beverage appropriate to the situation. I have seen no F/A guidance concerning requests for a cup of ice, although ice would be one of the consumables that could be in short supply - it's not available at all outstations.

The water bottles are supposed to be 16 point something oz, although in this initial transition period catering may supply different sizes.

One additional tidbit - in "passenger recovery" situations (passenger changes seat to allow other passengers to sit together, something is spilled on the passenger, etc) a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage.
