I have been told that it is possible to use HK-49s after their expiration date as long as they are plugged into or attached to a PNR BEFORE they expire, even if the trip is after the expiration date.
Repeated calls to UAL reveal mass confusion with some admitting that this does happen and some vehemently denying this would ever happen. Any insights out there on how this works or how to make it work smoothly. Is there a particular procedure, field, or rule to ask about. Thanks!!
