Link? I'm going to need to see some proof of that before I believe that. It's one thing to turn away a foreigner, but that's apples and oranges.

When I was a govie, they beat into our heads that the Constitution still applies to US citizens no matter where they were in the world.

The 4th amendment has been gutted at the border, but it still applies to some degree. Judge Neidermeier showed that the 5th amendment still applies.

ICE can try to stonewall you, but they ultimately have to let you in as a US citizen.
