When I eventually did get called over by someone else, there was no apology and it was all very perfunctory.
Yes really dislike service here at the frontdesk. If it wasn't for location I wouldn't stay here. Typical Dutch service atittude. Just because we are all equal does not mean you cannot provide excellent service.
