I use the bags themselves to store things like modem cards, prepaid phone SIM cards, little connectors for electronics stuff, memory cards with music, etc. I put the contents I use in my shaving kit I keep in my suitcase. This weekend I used the First class kit my wife hadnt opened from our trip to London last month as an amenity kit for my flight to London on AA since I was in coach. Ill be in coach for a while until I get enough American miles to upgrade. Ill keep cycling some of the old UA ones for now.
