I've had two experiences in VS Upper Class.

The first was in 2000 from LHR to ORD.

The second was in 2006 from PVG to LHR and on to JFK.

I was shocked at how cut back the menu was in 2006 compared to 2000. The offerings were, frankly, paltry in comparison.
