It seems no-one else picked this up when it was announced 2 days ago. Mitchell & Butlers, the pubs group, is swapping the 21 HIE's it owns across the UK for a slug of pubs owned by Whitbread.

Whitbread also owns Premier Inn, and will be rebranding the 41 HIE's as Premier Inn ASAP. Unfortunately, I don't have a list of the properties available and it is not in the press release.
