I would agree with the above. Then you will have the upgrade room for the last night as well.

I did this twice on holiday this month and it worked a treat. No issues what so ever with the hotel staff apart from they only upgraded me to an executive room then called an hour latter and upgraded me to a junior suite So nice of them.

The good thing is that you will walk away with 3 nights that count to status as well.
