At first I thought this was quite good but as several others have pointed out it is very restricted, eg only high fare classes and only ex T5. It is clearly a marketing effort aimed at restoring some credibility in T5 rather than a genuine attempt to compensate for poor performance.

In any case, I would argue that departure time is wholly irrelevant. What matters is the time I get disembarked.
