I spent hours on ANA trying to find 3 seats. First call to ICC was tough, needed to hang up and call again. Second time got a lovely rep who found a better routing on the return trip. All in all not a bad experience. But availability stinks to high heaven. Almost no routings available. So I grabbed the seats I could while they were available. Wonder how my son's teachers are going to feel when I pull him out of the last day of finals?

This is all irrelevant on this forum - as you are talking about using UA miles and Ua call centre ... also availability is different for UA .. you should by now know it...
