I've used Global Transfer several times, and it went without a hitch. Frankly, the service was A++.

The only limitation that I know if is you can't go foreign Centurion to USA Centurion. You can go the other way around. You can get foreign cards w/o qualifying for them (at least in the UK/Europe).

Global Transfer set me up with all the UK cards I needed with just a few emails.
