I feel sure that's correct. While I could get used to using a community pump over time, my first reaction to such a thing is that it feels cheap and is nothing more than a cost saving measure for the hotel.

As consumers, we're almost NEVER asked to "share" service items with strangers. This would be a big step for many of us and one that, while green, would not communicate an upscale positioning (at least to me).

Just sayin'.
