I have an M/H miles upgraded transpac in October. Everything was confirmed when I made the original reservation except for an SFO/AUS leg on UA 374 10/10. That's always shown up in my itinerary as confirmed booking class H with a separate entry wait listed NF. This evening the wait listed entry disappeared. When I go to the "Upgrade" link under this itinerary the SFO/AUS flight shows up as "This flight is not upgradable. Please contact your booking source" in one place and "Upgrade is not available due to the flight status" in another. The original reservation was made on .bomb. Is this a .bomb glitch or some new policy?
