SkyCaps...that is what I'm asking about. I couldn't think of the names....all I could think of was where the porters are waiting for your luggage.
And no, he will not use a kiosk. He has zero patience. He'd be standing up there like so many other folks I see, trying endlessly to enter the same confirmation #, one by one, and again and again, until finally, some agent comes over to assist them! But instead of just wasting everyone's time, he knows ahead of time that it is just not for him. I'm just trying to save him waiting in line if he didn't have to, but that is only if the Sky Caps can print a boarding pass for him (with him already checked in--compliments of his wife!).
