I usually wear a cotton sleeveless long t-shirt - M&S pretty not frumpy - in the summer. In the winter I wear a similar one with sleeves.

However I wore my F jim jams when I had to go to hospital last year. And I have another pair I use to chill out whilst watching TV after my bath.
