In terms of seats, I don't think AA have screwed up too badly. As others have said, if they improve the rest of the service then the seats won't be too much of an issue. I certainly wouldn't avoid flying in them - just so long as I don't get stuck in a middle seat in the middle of the cabin!
I disagree completely. I could not stand the BA Club World seats. They were much thinner than the AA NGBC and no where near as comfortable even sitting up. No, I prefer the AA NGBC.

Agree on the IFE. When they work they are great. They don't always work.
