My corporate travel group has preferred airlines. As long as we pick a preferred carrier (even if priced higher than other on same route), we are ok. Folks in my shop would probably pick flat beds on CO over AA esp for NY to London or any evening flight to Europe. However I agree with other posts that the seats on AA arent that bad. It wasnt that long ago (at least for me) when we all used to fly in those old J seats that barely reclined.
