In principle yes if you have a means of getting the money to them. Airesources will not accept credit cards by phone - but (as QF009 described above) you can wire transfer the money to them if that is acceptable. If your ticket has open segments then it needs to be on paper which makes it a bit more complicated. In my case Mrs christep was not far away and was able to get down to Manila with the credit card - with the current promos it was worth the trip to get the extra AsiaMiles for the card purchase.
