I am getting seriously irritated with them. Five times in a month, I have had my card denied at the point of purchase. Everytime, it was a purchase made abroad ( either on the internet, or when I was physically abroad).

Everytime, the block had been placed "for security reasons".

Yesterday, I tried to purchase a computer in France. Denied. I call the customer service line on my cell phone while I am in the store, they remove the hold.

Today, I try to buy $40 of junk at Tati, same thing. I have to call again. That is AFTER they knew I was abroad.

It's now the third time they tell me that I have to call them BEFORE I leave for a foreign country.

Are they serious? I understand what they are trying to do, but this is getting ridiculous.
