Not necessarily true that you don't have to bus at MXP...it's happened to me a lot, even with short-haul European routes. It depends on the time of day and the relative congestion I suppose. MXP is a pain because of the security lines.

I do agree that LIN is the best for quick turnaround IF you avoid October to April :-)
