Is the sushi free?
I was in transit to a domestic flight after going through immigration and customs , but they were definitely scrutinizing boarding passes. I guess if I had had an international boarding pass, they would have sent me to the other security section to have my passport checked. Maybe?
No, unfortunately, the sushi was not free and the servings were small. I had a glass of one of the least expensive pinot grigios and a small plate of sushi and the tab was 360 pesos.
I really enjoyed the lounge, though. People watching was great and I loved the design. When I first got there--four-hour layover--there were only ramekins of mixed nuts to snack on, but around five, they put out some very tasty finger sandwiches/hors d'oeuvres. It was too bad the house wine wasn't good. I didn't feel like hitting the hard stuff, so I stuck with beer which was in cans and not very cold.
The domestic lounge feels much less crowded than the international lounge.
