When the promo first came out I enrolled my mom in the DL FF program. I called MCI and they signed her up. She does not live in the 9 state region. I called today to find out the status and was told, "thank you for calling, did you get the letter? it seems that DL FF #'s beginning with 227 and 228 have not been updated to our system yet so we cannot automatically post" She then told me she was sending off an email and the 25k would post in a few weeks.
