Does anybody know what the law says about Cuban cigars and rum purchased in Europe ?
Can I legally introduce them into the US ?

Their packaging has some "product of Cuba" guarantee sticker, but also European tax tags for alcohol/tobacco, which I think is good proof that I didn't get the items in Cuba and carried them all around the world.

I mean how am I supposed to know that they come from Cuba ? The made-in-Cuba sticker is written in Spanish and speaking that language is not mandatory in the US yet.
