I've flown into TLV several times on different airlines and I don't have an Israeli passport.
FWIW, the "interrogation on departure" some of you are afraid of really is overstated.
I was there a few months ago, and I think the questions numbered 5 or 6: how long was I in Israel, what was the occasion, do I have any weapons in my checked luggage, what's my relation to my traveling companion, may I see your passport please, have a good day.
It's done out in the open while you're literally standing in line to check in.
I had much more invasive questioning and experience in the US the weeks after 9/11 than I ever had when departing TLV.
