In my long quest to find a better award options to fly home on 03-Aug, I ran into one of these cases where the calendar appeared to be wrong; the date was checked but the flight listing page showed all flights as unavailable. Indeed, just as Victor described, a telephone CSR was able to instantly find a bookable itinerary.

There is, however, a large caveat: The routing that the CSR offered would have had me sitting in DAL from a 9:50AM arrival until 1:20PM with two other qualifying flights with award seats available departing in the interim! So if you are going to utilize this new insight from Victor, be sure to be logged in to MySouthwest with the SeatFinder screen displayed so you can quickly determine whether what is being offered by the CSR is really your best option!

Even if the routing is the best available, you might want to take this approach of being logged in and ready to use seat finder anyway. 'Tis much better to end up with an itinerary booked online and viewable/changeable through MySouthwest.

(The route was only for a mid-point-to-home portion of my journey; being an A-B-C itinerary consisting of a one-stop direct plus an added-on connection, it could not be combined with a non-stop from my origin to home. It didn't solve my problem, but it gave me additional new insight.)
