Ok, so maybe as a whole UA is not going the extra mile. But it was certainly not this agent who implemented the starnet filtering or blocked the LH seats. But it was this agent who went ahead and called her support desk and got taken care off what I wanted taken care off. She could have just been like many other agents and said, "Sorry the flight is not available, you can keep checking back."
