No. None whatsoever. BA have fought the action and lost. They have agreed to make a certain payment to each passenger affected, and admit breaking the law, so end of story.
In addition, while BA advertise the settlement (and have been required to by the courts) they do not administer the payout. I would be surprised if any BA IT system ever got hold of your details.
