Hi everyone,

I got the e-mail asking me to submit my claim for flights between 2004 and 2006 for a refund for the fuel surcharge price-fixing claims settlement (much discussed on this board).

My question is, having just reached GGL, could there be negative implications for claiming the compensation? i.e., could they /would they "blacklist" me as a trouble-maker? "No Upgrades for HIM - Ever!!" Possible? Thoughts?
